We used this hotel for SNHU graduation weekend. The employees were amazing! I sent them a box of decorations and they decorated my daughter’s room. I highly recommend staying there if you need to go the SNHU.

We decided to stay here because we had spent so much money on lodging for our visit up north. This place leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast was horrible we did not eat any of it because It was not clean. The coffee was Undrinkable, we couldn't trust eating anything there The Room wasn't very clean and having dropped my pen on the floor by the table next to the bed, there was garbage including Candy M and M 's another debris. We chose to leave our socks on when walking around the room. If you don't mind camping out then by all means stay here. But the place is somewhere that I would ever come back to and they should be ashamed of themselves for the amount of money we paid . It's also a hangout for bums. There were two people either on drugs or drunk that hung out outside the front door.

One of the worst stays ever. no reliable shuttle service. uses taxis or shuttle companies. carpet had stains in it, curtains also were stained. Soon as we walked in,a bug scooted across the floor.bed was just okay good enough for one night stay. typical mediocre breakfast pre-packaged muffins and danish. very salty instant scrambled eggs, sausage was tasteless. for the money look elsewhere.

Sadly there are a lot of staff that are friendly. But the housekeep Manager is extremely rude, I complain about water coming through my bathroom and I was told you can go ahead and leave if u want to. Thank u for letting me know this sooner.

My company placed me here because they have a corporate rate. After one night I check out and went back to my hotel of choice and told our agent I would pay the difference in price. I found the beds uncomfortable, the rooms dated and didn't find the property that clean or hospitable. As soon as I got back I filed a report with our travel manager detailing my experience here. When staying in Manchester you need to cautious about where you choose. One note if you choose to stay here. Ask to be away from the highway. the road noise is extreme
